Following my passion to become an artist, I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Clemson University. After graduating, I moved back to Jacksonville, FL and found my dream job as Gallery Director for Stellers Gallery. I was surrounded by art enthusiasts and was able to help talented artists on their journey of creativity while continuing to paint my own work as well.

In 2012, my husband and I decided to go on an adventure and moved to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. For the next five years, we lived in the beautiful Carribbean and I painted the gorgeous creatures and landscape around me and also started a bi-monthly painting class for the community.

In 2017, we moved back to the states and settled in Kingsland, GA where the quiet marshes, towering oaks, graceful wading birds and salty air inspires my current work.
